Order processing
- Processing: Orders received on business days are usually processed within 24 hours.
- Confirmation & tracking: After submitting, you will receive an email with confirmation and a tracking link.
- Changes / Cancellations: only possible before starting the picking process. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurelyco.com.
Transport
- Shipping price: 4.95€.
- Shipping from: Netherlands.
- Delivery area: We deliver throughout the Europe.
- Delivery: typically 2–5 business days from handover to the carrier (may vary depending on address and carrier workload).
- Carriers: contract courier services with tracking option.
- Non-delivery/loss: If your shipment does not arrive within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier (usually 5–14 days).
- Incorrect address: We are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; resending may be subject to a fee.
Returns & Cancellations
Are you a consumer? When shopping online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the moment of receipt of the shipment without giving any reason.
Exception for food supplements: For health and hygiene reasons, only the following items can be returned: unopened and undamaged goods (intact hygienic seal). Opened/unsealed products cannot be returned.
How to proceed (RMA)
- Write to us at support@aurelyco.com within 14 days of receipt, stating the order number and items to be returned.
- Wait for confirmation and return instructions (RMA). Returns may not be accepted without prior agreement.

Condition of goods
- The goods must be in original packaging, unopened, undamaged.
- We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount appropriately for any damage caused by handling beyond what is necessary to familiarize yourself with the product.
Refunds
- After delivery and inspection of the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
- The refund will be made same payment method, how the order was paid for.
- Shipping costs are not refundable unless it is a legitimate complaint about defective goods.
Damaged or faulty goods
If you receive a damaged package or goods, please contact us. within 48 hours from takeover to support@aurelyco.com and attach photos of the product, packaging, and carrier label. In the event of a recognized defect, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with legal regulations.
Frequently asked questions
I have not received an order confirmation
Please check your Bulk/Spam folder. If you do not have the email, please write to us and include "Missing order confirmation" in the subject line.
Where can I find the tracking number?
In the shipping notification. If it has not arrived, please write to us with "Missing tracking number."
Can delivery times take longer?
Yes, for example during peak seasons or due to customs and logistical restrictions. We always send a tracking link.
