1. Scope and acceptance of terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase of goods (dietary supplements and related products) and the use of the website. https://www.aurelyco.com (“Platform”) to consumers in the Europe. By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

2. Definition

  • Customer / Consumer – a natural person who enters into a contract with the Company outside the scope of their business activities.
  • Order – a proposal to conclude a purchase agreement made by the Customer via the Platform.
  • Contract – Purchase agreement concluded between the Customer and the Company.

3. Age restrictions

Purchases are restricted to persons aged 18 and over. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this condition.

4. Product information

The descriptions, images, and information on the Platform are for general guidance only. Dietary supplements are not medicinal products. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Consult your doctor before use, especially if you are taking medication, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or have health problems.

5. Prices, taxes, and availability

  • Prices are quoted in Euro.
  • Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you submit your order.
  • We reserve the right to change prices and availability of goods until the moment of concluding the Contract.

6. Order and conclusion of the Contract

  1. The customer adds the goods to the shopping cart, fills in the delivery details and selects the shipping/payment method.
  2. Before submitting the order, they will receive a summary including the final price.
  3. Conclusion of the Agreement It only comes into effect upon acceptance of the order by the Company via a confirmation email sent to the specified address. An automatic summary sent after the order is placed does not constitute acceptance of the proposal.

7. Payment

  • Payments are processed through payment service provider  Klarna. Supported payment methods (e.g., credit cards, bank transfers, installment payments, or deferred payments) are displayed at checkout based on the selected country and service availability.
  • We do not store complete payment card details; processing takes place in secure environment. If you choose to pay via Klarna, your personal data will be shared with Klarna AB for the purpose of assessing your payment eligibility and processing the transaction.   • In case of suspected fraud or violation of the Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse payment and cancel the order.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, delivery times, and tracking are described on the page Shipping & Returns. Approximately: processing within 24 hours, delivery usually 2–5 business days after handover to the carrier.

9. Withdrawal from the Contract (14 days)

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

Hygiene exemption for food supplements: For health reasons, only the following items can be returned: unopened and undamaged products. Opened/unsealed packaging cannot be returned.

10. Returns and refunds

  • After delivery and inspection of the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days.
  • Refunds are being processed same payment method, unless we agree otherwise.
  • The consumer bears the costs of returning the goods, unless it is a recognized complaint/our mistake.

11. Complaints and legal liability for defects

  • The goods are subject to statutory liability for defects under Europe law. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to repair/replacement, a reasonable discount, or withdrawal in cases specified by law.
  • Report defective or damaged goods immediately (ideally within 48 hours of receipt) to support@aurelyco.com and attach a photo of the packaging/product and shipping label.

12. Responsibility

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the product or failure to follow the instructions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for injury caused by our negligence). Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

13. Intellectual property rights

The content of the Platform (text, graphics, logos, images, layout) is protected by copyright and other rights. It may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used outside the scope of normal use of the Platform without our written consent.

14. Fraud prevention and security

In order to prevent fraud, we may temporarily hold an order, request additional verification, or cancel the order with a refund if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse or violation of the Terms and Conditions.

15. Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is governed by Privacy Policy. 

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

  • These Terms and Conditions and the Agreement are governed by laws of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales..
  • We will try to resolve the dispute out of court. The consumer has the right to out-of-court settlement at Europe Trade Inspection Authority or via the platform ODR EU.
  • The locally competent courts in the Europe in accordance with procedural regulations.

17. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms and conditions. The new version shall take effect on the date of publication on this page; we will endeavor to notify you of any significant changes in an appropriate manner. Orders are governed by the version effective at the time the order is placed.

18. Various provisions

  • Independence of provisions: The invalidity of one provision shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
  • Force majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Language version: The Europe version takes precedence in the event of any discrepancies with translations.
  • Electronic communication: You accept communication in electronic form (e-mail, account interface).
